That is to say.. here's how we get things from our grubby little hands to your doorstep by use of a third party shipper.
Unless otherwise specified in your order, we ship your stuff via the least expensive ground service. It's usually the best way to get your stuff if you're not in a huge hurry. When your order ships you will be notified by an email with a tracking number. We'll also update your order details on the BubbaTanicals site. You can view your order and tracking data at any time by logging into your account.
Who do we ship with? We use both UPS and USPS. In the past we did not ship via USPS because we found their tracking solution to be inadequate. They've since made several improvements and we've found them to be more accurate and reliable with tracking shipments. UPS has hiked their rates in recent months which puts us in the situation of sometimes having to charge more for shipping than the order is actually worth. That's a tough spot so using USPS helps take some of the sting out of that as well. We can of course use other shippers if specifically requested to do so. Contact us directly to make arrangements before you order.
What about local pickup? No. Sorry. As much as we like you and appreciate your business, We don't feel comfortable having people showing up at our house looking for soap. All orders are shipped except under certain circumstances.
Turnaround time? We try to ship within 1-2 business days.
